Most businesses however large or small will carry out one or more of the following activities during its life. This may include extensions to business premises, re-modelling, refits, refurbishments and building maintenance.
By definition, this is Construction and no matter how big or small the job, the business owner (Client) will be required to comply with CDM Regulations 2015.
This event will:
- Interpret these Regulations and identify how they apply to you in your business
- Help you identify the key personnel involved
- Explain the process required for different ‘construction’ activities
- Present a number of case studies to show how this works in practice
- Cover the legal perspective of ‘getting it wrong’
Who should attend?
The aim of this event is to inform businesses about how the requirements of CDM Regulations 2015 may affect those who wish to expand, refurbish and maintain their business properties. It is therefore suitable for owners and managers of all types of Small /Medium sized businesses, commercial and private landlords, property owners and developers, maintenance contractors and any other people with a general interest in Health and safety.
