HSE RIDDOR accident investigations have shown that organisations need to develop management strategies where employees are
encouraged to adopt a proactive workplace culture and ‘buy in’ to safe systems of work.

Event overview

This seminar will provide an opportunity to hear from leaders in the field of developing proactive workplace safety cultures, and it will give delegates the chance to discuss related issues with speakers and other delegates. There will also be a select group of exhibitors.

Mike Griffiths, HSE Inspector of Health Safety, Carlisle will give a presentation on ‘RIDDOR investigation: HSE
construction case studies’.
