Course overview

Organisations operating in critical environments should have a heightened awareness of emerging threats, a capacity for noticing, controlling and recovering from errors.

This workshop is based on lessons learnt from those organisations, the organising principles and the role of leadership from top to supervisory level. Through facilitated discussions and interactive exercises, the workshop develops an awareness of the conditions under which health and safety management systems nurture a safe and healthy organisational culture.

This interactive workshop will give you the opportunity to learn practical ways of improving mindful safety awareness in the workplace.
