Legionella… The Dutyholder’s Responsibilities: HSE/LCA event – Edinburgh, 26 March 2015

As a dutyholder, you are responsible for complying with health and safety and taking responsibility for managing those risks. However, if you are the dutyholder, or the responsible person, or a person in control of premises, you should find out all you need to know about Legionella control and prevention at any of the HSE and Legionella Control Association (LCA) stakeholder events.

Upcoming events for 2015

Following on the success of the dutyholder events which HSE and the Legionella Control Association (LCA) ran in 2014, a further event will be held in Edinburgh on 26 March 2015. You may be interested in these if your premise or site has an evaporative cooling system, hot and cold water system or any other water risk system.  These events will provide guidance and information on L8 ACOP and HSG274 Legionella technical guidance and will help you work within the law, manage risk and take ownership.
