Conference Overview

Occupational Health Surveillance will be the topic of a presentation given by Elizabeth Scott, Senior Lecturer in Occupational Health Safety University of Cumbria and Chartered Occupational Health Practitioner (OH Manager at All Safe OH S Ltd). The topic will include Models of Occupational Health; Legal and Ethical Aspects and The Equality Act 2010, and will be followed by an open discussion/debate on current views on acceptable level of risk assessment from health and safety practitioners and the regulatory, legal and insurance perspectives.

NMHSAG meet bi-monthly and are open to anyone who has an interest in Health Safety at Work, especially useful to SMEs. The meetings provide a positive opportunity for learning and updating HS information via presentations, speakers, group discussions, QA session and networking. There is no charge for attendance at meetings.
